I had an appointment tomorrow morning for consultation. However, I just received an email from Kristen Litalien at 8:56 p.m. the evening before, cancelling the appointment. The stated reason was because I did not pay them in advance for the consultation. I do not recall in my phone conversation anything about needing to pay in advance, nor did I receive an invoice. In fact this was the first email that I have ever received from them. I naturally assumed that I would pay them at the time of the consultation and was never informed otherwise. I'll find another attorney, thank you.
