I've been working with J Lapierre since 2018, when I met John on a septic system inspection and replacement on a house I was representing for sale. The septic backed up and caused quite the disaster. John mobilized his team, got the system designed, approved and installed in a week. Since then he's been my go-to guy. When we're working in Real Estate, we often have 4 to 6 week timelines, so major setbacks like septic failures can really throw a wrench in things, delaying closing and adding undue costs to the buyer. John and his team are speedy. They have great relationships in the area with all the parties involved in permitting, design, and installation, which streamlines their process. I know I can pick up the phone, call John, and have a solution in hand in 24-48 hours. John has handled a number or replacement systems for my clients over the years, keeping our closings on track, no matter the problem or time of year. In addition to septic services, his business has evolved to residential design/build, repair, and renovation services. He's on speed dial :)

Had some issues with a septic at home. They answered right away and came out on a cold Sunday. They worked around my schedule and arrived promptly. They were very knowledgeable. Explained the situation to us and guided us through the process. They went above and beyond for us when they didnt have to. Thankful to have family owned companies in the community.

J. Lapierre Construction completed several projects at my home. All were completed in a timely and exceptional manner. The staff was knowledgeable, respectable of my property , and courteous . My large deck was refurbished with Trex decking and railings. My large slider was replaced. I am extremely pleased with the outcome.
