If you're losing money at the harbor it's not because of corvid or a recession people that own boats are not worried about a recession but they will not overpay instead of a 10% hike across the board make it 15% you're going to need it the following year if you keep going up on your prices don't forget you can launch a boat for free maybe 4 miles down the road stop and think about what you doing people pay enough taxes now to live in Belfast need to send half of the city council back to their own States finally got rid of my key step down need the rest of them step down but then again that's just my opinion

Love the Belfast Commons! Beautiful grassy park overlooking Steamboat Landing park, Belfast Boathouse, and obviously the Belfast Bay. Great place to bring family and friends for a picnic in the park. We frequent The Commons for our lunch spot. Walking distance to the newly established little food truck area down by the marina and right across the road from the indoor farmers market that's open on Saturday's from 9am-2pm. Lots of activities in the park in the summer. Great sledding spot in the winter. There's also a public water faucet that can good to fill the water bottles or dog bowls while out and about.
