This is the second time we have used Jon for our realtor. He is responsive, helpful, outgoing, and always kept our best interest first! He listed our home a did an incredible with photos and the listing, and found us the most incredible home to purchase and acted professionally as our agent with the purchase. I am hoping to not need to buy another home any time soon, but if I do, I will definitely call Jon at Maine Home Realty!! I will also recommend him to any and all looking to sell or purchase!! We were so excited to finally begin searching for a second home in Maine. Jon's name came up in our searching and his experience looked right for what we needed. It turned out to be the best decision we could have possibly made! Jon's knowledge of the area and the local real estate market is second-to-none and he is amazing to work with. It took us over a year to find our home and we did not see a lot on the market that we wanted to visit. Jon never blinked and kept working with us to refine our search and wait for what we wanted. He was never impatient and always encouraging. When we were ready to make an offer, he made the process very smooth and gave us great advice throughout the negotiations. Jon is connected to many professionals in the area and gave us recommendations for an inspector and different tradespeople (also, he is very knowledgeable about home construction, so, beforehand, he identified most of the same things that the inspector did!). I truly cannot say enough about how great it was to work with Jon and how much I appreciated his help. I would enthusiastically recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home in the area. You won't be disappointed!
