More than five stars are necessary to express our delight with The Middle Street Inn. This inn is pristine, comfortable and welcoming. From arrival to departure, our experience was nothing short of perfection. It is evident how much attention to detail is dedicated to preparing the inn for guests, as well as ensuring that their stay is a positive one. The inn is an absolute gem, but the most heartfelt experience is making the acquaintance of both Chuck and Jude, inn owners. We loved getting to know them over the course of our stay, and we were sad to leave them upon departure. We will recommend The Middle Street Inn to all those we encounter, and we look forward to returning in the near future. This is a VERY special place. Rooms: Absolutely pristine care taken of the entire inn. Impeccable.

What do Innkeepers do when they have a couple days off? Go stay at another B&B! And we found a gem! This is such a lovely Inn - stylish, clean, and so comfortable. Lovely rooms and wonderful hosts! There is much to explore in the Bath area and so close to Portland and Freeport, it was a great location for exploring the southern part of midcoast Maine. We enjoyed our getaway and thank Jude and Chuck for the wonderful hospitality and delicious breakfasts!

Innkeepers Chuck and Jude are wonderful hosts. The Inn is beautiful, the breakfasts delicious (and beautiful to look at). Their attention to detail really differentiates the Inn. Rooms: The rooms are large, beautifully decorated. Walkability: Easily walkable to downtown Bath, but in a quiet neighborhood. Food & drinks: The breakfasts are really special.
