I have lived here 22 year's and counting... Daniel and melissa Have changed this place for the better, When they started working here ,with updates on the apartments and when something need to be fixed they're all on top of it in a timely manner! Thank you keystone worker!

Melissa & Danielle, and the entire maintenance staff at Atlantic Townhouse Apartments in Bath are fantastic. They were able to lease me a home 2-years ago, and they always complete repairs quickly. The community laundromat is clean, and you can conveniently pay your rent online. I am thankful to have a dog-friendly home. Thanks!

Rent increases, taking away the ability to throw certain things away forcing tenants to pay dump fees, horrible laundromat that they increase prices on, bad neighbors , unfulfilled landlord duties(An example that comes to mind is the promise of painting numbers on parking spots so guests would stop stealing our spot after almost 3 years still nothing), Will claim things on your way out such us a small ripped carpet patch near a bedroom door requires the whole upstairs and stairs carpet to be replaced. Nothing but pleasant interactions with management but they did a complete 180 once we were gone, contradicting everything told to us on our walkthrough.

Danielle, and Melissa in the Bath office are absolutely amazing!! Hands down some of the best customer service i have ever experienced. Both ladies work tirelessly to assist with the most attention to detail. Top tier recommendation, will definitely be a repeat customer.
