Have had 2 pregnancies with this office and cannot say enough wonderful things about this office. My midwife, Erin Horr, is phenomenal and caught my high blood pressure my first pregnancy. With all the other medical complications Ive had she and the nurses/assistants/receptionists have been truly amazing at contacting me promptly with results, working with me on scheduling appointments that work with my schedule, and getting back to me fast with any and all questions Ive had. Erin and the entire staff Ive dealt with is so caring and genuine I refuse to see anyone else for womens health in the future and am really impressed at how well this office has treated me and my medical needs. Its too bad others have had poor experiences because Ive had nothing but top notch care with employees who have gone above and beyond for me and my babies and I feel like my voice really matters here. Highly recommend this office.

Go literally anywhere else. I dealt with this nightmare of an office for 3 years. Their staff is rude, uncaring, and unprofessional. Screwed up constantly. Never informed me of test results-I would have to check my chart myself. Dropped the ball on tests by not having them processed properly and not catching their mistake for a whole year when I thought I was in the clear. They screwed up so many things for me its laughable. You have to constantly fight for yourself. Completely unacceptable.

After experiencing a health issue I used the patient portal to contact my dr and find out next steps and what I needed to do. I knew it wasnt an issue that would require an emergency visit or even an office visit, but wanted guidance. They were so responsive at the time answering the patient portal immediately and if they needed to run by the Dr I got responses back within a few hours easily. They ordered labs and listened to my experience and helped me along the way every day I messaged them. My case would have easily been dismissed and said to deal with it on my own but their triage nurses and drs reviewed everything and helped me along the way on something that easily is not top priority. I love this office so much and continue to have good experiences.

Everyone Ive come into contact with has been friendly. Taylor Harper and her team are wonderful to work with. I have yet to actually go into labour but so far prenatal care has been top notch. All questions are answered during checkups, Ive never felt rushed in appointments before. Nurses and receptionists have all been very professional and welcoming. Taylor is amazing if you get the chance to have her as a midwife. They do their best to schedule people in, but all staff is bombarded with patients I would say. Being one of the only places to accept NEW prenatal patients /a place to deliver a baby in the county, (think theres only a handful total) it makes sense why the schedules are so difficult to maneuver. Take what you can get, Everyone is doing their best with the strained healthcare systems.. People seem to be forgetting that.
