I called Brad earlier in the day to schedule a ride before I got on my first of two flights. I texted to confirm my arrival time before I took off on my second flight. He confirmed and then said cash only. I was surprised but said Id grab cash. He then said that none was available to pick me up and they were booked leaving me stranded at Bangor airport. I went out of my way to confirm times so his driver wouldnt have to wait as time is money. This company was not reliable for me. Beware!

Brad is the best!!! He was extremely accommodating for us 3 gals from Wisconsin. We flew into Bangor and needed a ride to Bar Harbor. He was able to fit our 3 huge bike bags and 3 pieces of luggage and us in his van very comfortably. He was a great tour guide as well, telling us all about the area. We learned a lot about the area on our drive over to MDI. He also was able to come pick us back up in Bar Harbor and return us to the airport in Bangor. We would highly recommend him, and we will us him again when we return.

The driver not only waited to make sure my car would start but he also boosted my car at 11:30 at night!!! Def use this company again. Thank you!!!

Booked a trip from the airport, confirmed the day before. They never showed. Didnt respond to calls (7) and texts. Waited over an hour Dont use them. Extraordinarily unprofessional
