Danielle! It was wonderful working with you this afternoon. You have a patient, friendly and educational approach to service! You encouraged me to scan my feet to determine which shoe could best meet the needs of my feet. I was shocked at the results! I had no idea just how happy my feet could be! I didn't think they were unhappy, I was just a sidekick for another shopper and figured I would help pass the time by agreeing to a scan!! I am SO PLEASED with my new Aetrex orthotics with metatarsal support. I will be back soon to purchase summer shoes! Thank you for the top notch service today!!

Danielle really impressed me with her knowledge and patience, and she helped me get into an orthotic that Im excited to wear for some RELIEF! She also helped me find the perfect trail shoe for this hiking season. Ive genuinely never had such a pleasant shopping experience and I will be coming back to Danielle for any and all of my future shoe/orthotic needs. Hooray!

Angela was awesome! She went above and beyond to get both my wife and I into the sneaker that was best for our needs, not necessarily "the most expensive one". She actively listened to my wife explain the issue she was having with one of her feet and provided immediate solutions. (In Sneakers and insoles) We appreciated her upbeat sunshiny personality on a cold blah Maine winter day! It made a usually mundane experience enjoyable!
