        Reid Stevens appraised my property this month and I was very satisfied with the service. He arrived on time (10 mins early) he was professional and knowledgeable. The appraisal report he produced was turned around quickly and was very detailed. The appraisal he gave my home I thought was very accurate based on the current market conditions.
