Moved into a unit roughly three weeks ago. I have made several attempts to contact them and nobody has returned my call. Still no down spout on tub as well as the toilet constantly runs. The "five" people in that live in the unit below me make constant noise every single night from 7pm until 3 to 4am. Parking is horrible and nothing assigned. Broke down vehicles and building materials taking up spots for parking. No professionalism whatsoever yet they were quick to take my deposit and expect me to honor my lease. Obviously they don't honor their part of the lease. The worst reality/management company I've have ever ever had to deal with. And over a month later now and still the down spout is not fixed and the toilet remains constantly running. I have now contacted an attorney to protect myself from the obvious blatant disregard for myself.

Under normal circumstances, Buffie would have been a great real estate agent. However . . . We, her clients, were not local. We weren't even in the same country. Oh, and it's the midst of a global pandemic. Buffie went to properties (uninhabited land, not dry, climate-controlled homes) and video chatted us around the properties. To more properties than I can remember. Finally, we found the right one, and Buffie helped us with every step. So, under normal circumstances she'd be great. But under these circumstances, she was AMAZING.

Theyre great... settling back at home has been an effort and they are just fantastic, sense of humor and small town charm

Run far away. When JGQ Property Management bought my apartment building in 2002, it was all downhill after that. The previous landlord, who lived out of state, was far more diligent and responsive to tenants. In the 14 years I had to deal with Joseph Quinn, maintenance problems accumulated: leaking ceilings, no heat, broken windows, squirrels and birds taking up residence in the attic, mold. You name it, it happened. And not once did Quinn ever fix the problem. Leaking ceiling? Buy a bucket somewhere in the middle of the night and try to find the leak in the attic. Yes, that was his suggestion, as he claimed there was "nothing" he could do, even though the roof had been springing leaks for the previous 10 years. He somewhat offered to paint over the ugly water stains. Need a new refrigerator? Quinn says you'll have one by the end of the week. But you may end up having to wait two months, like I did. The law says the heat must be a minimum of 68 degrees during the day, but Quinn sets the thermostat below that and claims he has to so the heat can somehow reach the third floor. Yeah, that makes no sense. Be prepared for winter days with indoor temperatures in the 50s at times -- no kidding. Timely plowing during and after a snowstorm? Don't count on it. Twice I got stuck in the parking lot and couldn't get out. Is rain pouring through the roof, attic, and ceiling and pooling on the hallway floor? Quinn does nothing and even denies it's happening. Want to take a hot shower in the winter, or anytime? Don't count on that, either. Mold in the air or clearly on ceiling tiles that have fallen onto the floor? Don't expect that to be addressed, either. If I could give zero stars, I would.
