We just had an excellent experience with Tricia Quirk from this agency. She helped us sell two houses and purchase a new home in the Bangor area. Tricia is very knowledgeable and personable and has an incredible array of resources that were very helpful for problem solving as these transactions played out. She knows the area well and contractors and other service providers obviously respect her because they take her calls immediately. We would highly recommend Tricia Quirk and ERA Dawson.

The team of Bruce Brandon and Andy Nadeau are by far the best. Their expertise and knowledge was way above the other 5 realtors I spoke with. They not only gave me excellent advice they constantly kept me informed. I really feel they went way above my expectations. I believe if I had a million dollar property I wouldn't have gotten any better service from these gentlemen. Everything was quality I cannot give them enough credit. They also were decent people and I enjoyed working with them. Also Rich Kendrick did an amazing job with the drone pictures. To the ERA company these people are an asset to your business. We chose ERA Dawson to sell our home in North Anson we had the Roe team met them and signed the contact to sell our home that is the only time we saw them yes they responded to our messages and did our listing but they never showed our home once our home sold but they didn't even come to the closing which was very upsetting to us they were paid their commission but the amount of money they collected was way more than they should have received we will not recommend this agency or team to anyone
