my property was listed for sale by owner on Zillow for over 2 years, and I advertised it locally and out of state. Had multitudes of people coming to look, some serious, some tire kickers. Julian contacted us and we weren't interested in an Agent yet. He called again a week or so later telling us all he could do for us. He asked how it was going selling it ourselves and how that was working our for us. Well, that cinched it, we were not getting a buyer. Very unique piece of property, helicopter hanger in the middle of 92 acres. We signed a contract with him on Dec. 20, 2020, He had two people look at it. On 1/20/21 we signed a Purchase/Sales agreement and we closed on 3/5/21. He did all he said he would do and we got quite a bit more than we were asking by ourselves. He was an extremely motivated salesman, honest and authentic. Highly recommended. And now boat builders are in there and happy as we are!
