Their agent Paul Herard submitted a purchase offer to buy my house on behalf of his clients, Angelo Lambiase and Heather Lambiase and the offer was a "Cash Back at Close" SCAM! They offered me an amount that was above the listing price for my home and then wanted me to give them $35K back at closing. Beware this real estate company as they could possibly be involved with "Cash Back at Close" Scammers.
