Me and my husband recently bought our very first home with the assistance of CMG (specifically Rae ann Rice) the experience was fantastic. She went above and beyond in all categories. Phenomenal does not even begin to explain her! She was direct, quick to respond, available always and helped greatly with any question, talked us threw any issue and guided us threw every step including any question we had after everything was signed. 10/10 would recommend to any and all who are looking to buy a home regardless if it's for the first, second or even fifth home. You absolutely could never be disappointed working with her.
