Hello Jenna. Unfortunately, when an order is placed through Doordash, we have NO control as to how long the order rides around before it is delivered to you. Many times the dashers pick up multiple orders at one time and there is no attention paid as to what order might need to take precedence for the delivery process. That is completely out of our hands. The items you ordered were hot when they left our doors. We are very careful that items are served at the appropriate temperatures. All of our sides were prepared fresh this morning. The wings were smoked this morning and the steak is cooked to temperature at the time of the order. Our potatoes are prepared in a southern style fashion with a little of the skin left on which will alter the color but not the freshness.I am very sorry for your experience and that the Doordash driver did not take the care in getting the order to you that we took in preparing it.You are welcome to email me to discuss any concerns.
