        Loving and committed staff. Went through a lot of staffing and policy changes and is really on the up and up!

        Currently a CMRA here and love it! Everyone in the company has been really helpful during this whole pandemic going on, whether it is picking up shifts helping out at different units or just being a positive support. The staff really care about the clients and do every thing they can to make the clients really feel at home and happy. Communication is key in a job like this and I gotta really hand it to everyone here because I haven't had an issue, when ever I have a question or need something I make a call and if there is no answer within fifteen minutes I get a call from a supervisor. The whole atmosphere of Sweetser is amazing and I hope to be here for years to come.
