        Jordan was great and helping me get the right fit and communicating with My sleep coach. CPAP is not a perfect science and requires a lot of back-and-forth to get it right. Coastal Med Tech Is the place to go.

        I would not recommend just stopped there to she about a walker and the guy working acted like we Interrupted him. Was not helpful at all. Just a plan rude dude.

        Korey at the shop in Bangor was a HUGE help. My daughter had surgery on her ankle and I was only here for a few days. He was attentive and listened to our needs and concerns. Thank you Korey, for all of your help and kindness.

        very rude customer service costal med is a joke be better if they went out of business took my power wheel chair in to have some 3,000 dollars of work done to it and they did not even check the battery

        I guess I will be going 3 months not sleeping in risk of going into a coma if I do... because I have already and is a miracle I can write this now... I'm so mad!!! I Called last week to get a new water chamber for my CPAP machine... mine has cracked. I just had to get a new machine after having mine for 11 years with no issues but now I can't breathe at night, the mask falls apart when I'm sleeping it's broken because they are poorly made and now I can't get a replacement part for 6 months! I wasn't given any options on machine only on the mask the whole system has been a big fat joke and failure ever since I had to get this new machine. The guy who answered the phone in Bangor has the worst customer service!! I am having to meditate and try to figure out what I am going to do at this point because my life is in jeopardy not having a CPAP. The reason it's cracked is because the water chamber is not a secure fit to begin with so it slides in and out so of course is going to crack its cheep plastic!! What if I had water it it?!! It would have fried the machine!!
