      image Great service at first, quickly went bad. Gave insurance until house was purchased then dropped me. Said they would call me back to work on insurance and did not. I waited to long on them and that has made it hard to get insurance

      image Close to 30 years with Patten Insurance of Hermon and sadly they sold out to Cross. Agents at Cross can not answer basic questions about policies and have no understanding of the questions they ask for the underwriting and quoting of new policies. Gone are the days you could call and talk to your agent and get answers to basic questions about your insurance. It's concerning to me that these agents are so inexperienced, yet they help secure million dollar policies for consumers needing coverage and protection. I want someone with experience and knowledge for that! I want to know that I truly am covered.
