        After 5 months of trying to get a part for a hose reel and being told no less than 7 times someone would call me I finally got an email to which no one ever replied too. Huge waste of time.

        Not to knowledgeable and didnt help much trying to locate a valve. They dont know what they are doing, buyer beware!! Then they just hung up on me... applied hydraulics is much better call them up

        Brent was very helpful with fulfilling an order for a local business that I manage. The part was a tricky one to find (I'd contacted more than 6 businesses looking for this part) and measure. He went above and beyond to help find the part. He even ordered extras in different sizes because measurement of the O-Ring we needed was proving to be quite difficult. I would definitely recommend this business, they will help you find what you need!
