        Stayed here just this past week. I was down as part of the efforts to restore power from the winter storm. Upon my check out day, I mistakenly forgot my set of quite expensive headphones in my room. My fault, but an honest mistake. I contacted the hotel later that same evening to inform them, and to ask if they had been found. I was told that there was no record, but the hotel would contact me in the morning after talking with the housekeeping staff. After I hadnt received a call in the time frame that was given, I drove a little over an hour back to the hotel to ask. Was told they were not found. No efforts to see who the staff member was to ask them directly or anything of the sort. Was just told no. Was a shame to see that there is that level of dishonesty and lack of care in the public service industry. I hope whoever did end up taking them home, enjoys them as much as I did.
