The hotel's location is nice. BUT: 1- Upon my arrival, there were no shower gel and conditioner available to use. 2- I also had a bad experience with its restaurant. The dinner service hours are from 5 pm to 9 pm. I arrived right at 8 pm, but unfortunately, the restaurant staff decided not to take my order as there was only one staff member managing everything. Furthermore, she was a bit rude. 3- The elevators are slow.

I was a bit hesitant to book a stay here based on previous reviews, but we had an early morning flight and wanted to be as close to the airport as possible. Boy am I glad I didn't listen to the haters. Not only were we through security within 6 minutes of leaving our room, but our room was newly renovated, clean, and it had a delightful view of the airport. Check in was seamless and friendly. If I ever find myself in Bangor again, I will DEFINITELY stay here. A real gem!!!

Booked this through an express deal on priceline and still went midrange with price as I paid $130 for one night. We had no idea we had to pay $10 just to park. Then another $5 just to leave the gate from the parking lot. We were not staying from the airport, but bc I had a last minute appointment in the area and it was one of the last with openings with a pool for the kids. The front desk clerk didn't give us any directions on how to get to our room or where to park. The place is not super well maintained and feels a little dirty compared to where we stayed previously. Won't be returning unless we have another option

This was my first stay in Bangor and this the best $113.00 spent on a hotel room. This was a business trip but I would definitely stay here for a leisure trip. I was given a room on the airport side of the hotel on the 9th floor and I was delighted to be able to watch runway operations from my window. Im sure this hotel gets lots of business from travelers as you can walk directly from the hotel to the airport terminal via a connected enclosed bridge. If you leave your car its $12 a day but that seems very reasonable. The staff were very friendly and the room was extremely clean for an older property. I highly recommend the Aviator hotel in Bangor.

Pretty good hotel, the rooms are clean, and the gym is decent for a smaller hotel. A few drawbacks: 1. As someone else mentioned, the parking system is convoluted. You're supposed to keep your ticket in your car, but have to retrieve it and bring it back to the hotel desk for validation every time you go out. Not great with 50 mph winds and a -10 wind chill. 2. The elevators are painfully slow. Don't use them if you expect to get anywhere quickly. Go up the 6 flights of stairs and get your steps in. It's faster.
