My wife and I recently utilized Pine Tree Home Inspections to evaluate a home prior to purchase. We inquired for an estimate and appointment online and received a call from David within 1 minute...literally, setting up an appointment for the very next day. David was not only on time, but even early for the inspection, further demonstrating his prompt service. The inspection itself was extremely thorough, and the report was even more so. Phenomenal job! David was able to schedule my inspection right away. He arrived early, and did an extremely thorough job going over every aspect of the property. Very professional yet friendly demeanor. His attention to detail is superb. Less than 24 hours later I had my completed 55pg report in my email, chock full of detailed notes, descriptions, reccomendations and many, many photos. Highly reccomend David and his services - you won't be disappointed!
