I've had nothing but good experiences with Sheryl in St. Joseph's endocrinology. She goes above and beyond to help me find the right treatments and ways to help me manage payments for some expensive treatments.

I have had nothing but frustrating experiences with this practice. Incompetent communications, wrong medications refilled (meclizine instead of methotrexate);orders for labs not sent; all this on top of a different physician every visit. I sincerely wish our part of Maine was better served.

DR O'CONNELL left practice to head to Lewiston but didn't have the compassion to make sure I was OK with my prescription before he left. I tried working with those ALL WEEK who answer those phones and only one tried her best to get him to check a box for my pharmacy to fill it out to me. Today is my 3rd day without medicine. Time is almost close to end of day where I'll wait all weekend too. Just now spoke with the most rude of all those there answering phones after asking her to let me speak with her director to make my complaint, she hung up on me instead. But before she did her compassion was nonexistent. She said there's nothing we can do if he wont do as he needs too, calling constantly won't help either! So at that point I realized they are also avoiding my calls. My appointment with Dr O'Connell was July 4th! Today is August 20th! St Josephs you need to work on a variety of areas!
