        Ok lawyer if you're paying out of pocket but court appointed and you'll get a 22 month sentence when the D.A. and judge only wanted 6. Also calling to get an appointment you are told he is busy but if you say you have got 5 grand to put down as a retainer then he is available all of a sudden
