i called on a Friday afternoon and asked how long it would take to get my computer looked at, was told 1day. so i took my computer directly into them. was told it would give him something to do saturday. it was kinda snowy on saturday so i waited until Monday ( mind you there open both saturday and sunday ) to check on my computer. when i got there i was told Noone knew anything about it. but the kid said he would get it done for me the next day. Tuesday i called before i left work nope nothing. so wednesday i went back to the store and asked what was going on. was told to give them til friday they Promised it would be done friday. Friday came. NOTHING was done to it. was told they would have it by sunday ( from the owner. ) he then called me at noon on sunday and said its done but im closing in an hour. Mind you i had already paid for my service upfront because i was told it would be done in a day. My wife picks up the computer Monday they did NOTHING they were supposed to. i paid 240$ for them to move the radiator and reformat it. WE NEVER SPOKE ABOUT REFORMATING IT when idropped it off and was told that IF they decided they needed to he would save all of my stuff to a ghost drive. they did not. so i lost everything that was on the computer and they did NOTHING too it for 240$. i highly recommend NOONE ever use them again

After trying to change my Verizon phone to a different carrier today, I went to the store for carrier advice. He checked and my IMEI found the problem so Maine fans can be informed!! Thanks again

The best service and responsibility. Macbook M1 Pro 2020 keyboard issue caused liquid damage. They make replacement cheaper than others. The service was great and the technicians completed the repairs ahead of me. I must say that the guy has talent.
