        Just strange . That's all I have to say . I needed a coffee big time before my daughters doctors appointment . She got a strawberry colata . We sat down and hers was so sour . Not knowing what it was suppose to taste like we tried putting sugar packets in it . After 8 sugar packets and it was still so sour we decided that it wasn't going to be any better we decided to launch a complaint and she was going to get a frozen hot chocolate instead . The girl at the register says "oh it should have been sweet , maybe the sugar thing wasn't working" and I walked away . She charged me for the hot chocolate and scooted us over to the pick up area . No talk of a refund for the mistake or offer for a remake or anything . Just a throw away $5 drink . It was just strange the way she acted . It was bizarre . For a 11 year old to look at me and say "what the heck was that ? The coustmer service here sucks "
