Kelly does an amazing job with her lashes. I started seeing her a few months back and my real lashes havent looked so good. My lashes before her were very damaged coming from someone else, I went to see her and she told me to use a serum for a few weeks and to come back, so thats what I did.. and I have continued to use the serum while the lashes are on. I hate putting bad reviews but I feel as though this is very unprofessional. I had an appointment scheduled. I put a deposit down. When I got to the business I wasn't able to get in so I messaged the owner. She said she left to go to the store real quick. When she arrived she was coughing up a storm and said she had a cold. I don't live in Bangor and gas I expensive. I really didn't feel comfortable with someone leaning over my face couching for hours so I asked her if it would be better if she got ahold of me to reschedule. Which she said yes that would probably be better. Well she never reached out. I finally messaged her a week later asking for my deposit back since she never got back to re reschedule. She responded saying she was sorry and that she had a wedding to go to. I still havent received my deposit back and have written her two more times with no response. Service: Eyelash extensions

Kel is great at what she does. We have experimented with different styles and all looked great. Have received alot of compliments as well. Highly recommend.
