Not even deserving of 1 star.... worst service ever to a long time customer who's bought multiple vehicles. This place needs to get a clue...

I purchased my VW Atlas from Alex in April 2023. I would recommend him to any of my family and friends. He made the transaction easy and as pleasant as a car buying experience can be. This fall my car needed some repairs and the general manager, Otis, was so helpful. The service department was wonderful, as was Darling's rental. Jacob from service kept me updated throughout the process. I dont love the vehicle I purchased, but I did love my rental and I have nothing but praise for Darlings Ford/VW of Bangor.

You can't get anyone to answer the phone. Try scheduling an appointment for maintenance is impossible. Terrible customer service.
