        Unreliable and unprofessional. The PSS is a very good worker when she's here but the you will not be notified by phone call, text message or email to notifying you of any PSS cancelations.

        Unreliable. Very poor communication. You will be promised work but it will take them weeks to follow through and even then its poorly coordinated. They will send you into homes unprepared for what can sometimes be extreme and scary circumstances. They will mislead you about pay and benefits. There are so many companies out there that provide much better care at much better wages with benefits and bosses youll truly enjoy working for. The clients deserve better.

        The company isn't as organized as it should be. The caregiving staff are treated as second-class citizens and office staff are given all the perks on the backs of the folks doing the work.
