image Complete joke. They dont manage anything about properties. Will move anyone in on the list that they will have immediate problems with and still do nothing about it. Short staffed and managers see to not want to confront or address any issues they see in person. Like they scared. Dont waste your money. I broke my lease. They said I was still responsible I said sure. Ill pay. Dont move anyone in then if Im paying. And guess what they did! And tried to be sneaky about it. Now I have lawyer and we ready to sue. And my friends suing for falling over stuff in blocked entry way at apartments I use to live in over near Shaws. Just straight up not good management company. They do not care about your well being but pitch it like they truly do at the time of signing a lease. Bunch of fakes work here.

image Property manager for major building near Bangor Street is really great at NOT DOING HIS JOB! Trash everywhere, dogs pooping everywhere, entrances to apartments are blocked which is safety issue, laundry machines evacuation pipes full of dirt and lint, NEVER CLEANED. Loud noises not addressed, dogs still off leash. Reported to Animal Control. DO NOT RENT HERE. I have watched with many other tenants and recorded with my cell phone that he is super good at putting notes in peoples doors but not actually holding up their end of leases that tenants signed and violations of C&C lease terms. This is a lease contract that goes both ways and the property managers will see things like blocked doorways in person and do absolutely nothing about it until someone complains non stop. Even then this is a struggle. This is violation of their end of the lease that they signed with tenants. DO YOUR DAMN JOBS! Will charge new people $200 less in rent for a one year lease but then up your rent every year claiming the economy and market. But if you email them with someone elses email today, they say $200 less then what your paying now with all the increases for rent. So if economy and market so bad. Why u offering way less rent then all my increases for the last 5 years that u blamed on economic and fair housing inflation? ALL LIES PEOPLE. STAY AWAY AND CROOKED.

image I have been living at one of these properties since January 1st as of January 19th I haven't had access to my tub due to a crack in the porcelain completely ruining my downstairs neighbors ceiling . I have 2 children my husband and myself who have not been able to use our tub in our apartment that we pay for . We have called put in service requests and speak to a property manager who only says we are looking into it it will get fixed it's been 2 months!!!!! This is absolutely ridiculous an so unprofessional . I wouldn'have moved here if I knew nobody was going to repairbasic needs
