Capital Property Management

Update: The storm in December flooded my apartment. Capital properties took care of me and my pet. I had no where to go with my pet and they put us in an empty apartment for a few days tell they found another apartment. Saved my job too, because I am a remote worker. I see they took care of other tenants too. They took care of us. They didn't have to do that, but they did. Big thank you to the Owner and to Capital Properties. Much appreciated and much respect. Original: We are very happy with Capital Property Management. The apartment is updated, clean, and appliances are nice. Prices are reasonable, management always available, maintenance response excellent, heat included, and pets welcome. meow:)

They let myself, my girlfriend, and her child to live in an apartment for the past 5 months with a leaking roof. I brought it up to Jason the "landlord" in November. He also has refused to update my lease. I moved in in 2022 and the lease ended 2023 so now my girlfriend can't get foodstamps for her child and they don't care.

Asking for a friend. Any one know if a landlord has an obligation to remove snow so its safe for kids to walk to the bus stop? Also same friend, would a land lord be obligated to remove rodents from the property? Also referencing the same slum lord in this states capital. Would they also be obligated to put a light in the parking area? Also same friend. Also in Maine wouldnt plowing a parking area be required by law? Side note. If you dont have the ability or funds to do general humane upkeep on a property, do not buy a property. You are only causing hardship to those that just wanna live. The property management company is Capitol Properties Management.
