Always great food, done when ready and staff seems friendly. I typically get carry out so not sure about the inside of the restaurant.

food is good when one can get an order in.... but wanted a pie tonight and started trying to call on my way home around 7:40..... gave up on hold a couple times.... attached screen grabs of ten and 12 minutes each..... by the third call at 8:15..... gave up on wanting dinner from here alltogether..... and this is not the first time i've been on hold waiting to talk to someone for well over 20 minutes at this establishment..... getting them to answer the phone is an unreliable gamble at best..... sad.... because it is good food at a good price when one can order it?
addendum- tried to order by phone again, and this will be my last time- an hour and a half after the order should have shown up, i started trying to call to track it down. was transfered to an out of state call center whos computer said the order was completed, but, noting at the door. no way to get in touch with the store on western ave. basically they ran my card for over 30 dollars and delivered nothing for that charge. unacceptable.
