This place is a nightmare !. I was a client for a little over 2 and a half months. In that time, I met two caseworkers. The first one visited with me once. The second visit, I was notified that I would no longer be seen by that caseworker. The second caseworker met me twice. She was fired and nobody informed me at all. I had to call and ask what happened to my appointment. That's when I was told about the separation ffffrom that caseworker. The third one never showed up at all !!. Then, to make matters even worse, this agency decided to simply change my therapist just like that !!. If you are looking for employment at HOM, you most likely will not be there very long as it seems to me, they just fire people without on a wim. I could say a lot more about that as well. If you're in need of case management, bypass this agency. None of these agencies live up to what they claim, but, hands of mercy takes the cake. F-.
