While visiting from out of state, the clasp on my necklace broke. This was my father's necklace and very sentimental to me. Jenna took such good care of me, and put an urgent note on the repair since we were leaving in a week. With their repair shop on-site, I had no worries about my necklace being lost. In less time than promised, Chris texted to let me know the necklace was ready. I was so happy with the repair and service I received! I would definitely recommend Days for their amazing repair team and service. Thank you so much!

I brought in an old bracelet from passed family member and Brian was very helpful. I had it made into a pendant and earrings. It was very old so went with his advice. Very happy with the result.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered my wedding band 2-06 and still havent received it because they claim it is out of stock. Which i would be fine with if they would have told me that the first out of 6 times i called for a update. Every time I called to see if it was in they would give me a different story. Either itll be in mid week or oh we emailed them and havent heard back on a shipping date. They did however promise that my band would be in before my wedding date but couldnt give me a date of when it would come in. How do you know itll be in on time if you cant give me a date? They lie to tell you exactly what you want to hear. Not only did they do this to me they also did this to my fiance when she got her engagement resized. They never texted or called when the ring was ready. We called and the lady told us that her engagement ring has been in for a week. Also my fiance wanted an insert for her band. Well she got one that wasnt the right size at all after they sized her finger and promised it would be the right size. Their response to that was the 3 people that helped you before are new and dont know what they are doing. That statement right there says it all. No employee should be telling a customer that about their co workers. Absolutely terrible customer service. I will never step foot in this store again

If I could give this store 0 stars I would absolutely not worth going here I got a ring Here for my husband and I also got it Engraved to say to my soulmate but I had to come back because it was to small for my husband so I had them resize it but they ruined the engraving when they resized it the lady that I droped it off too said the engraving would be fine but it's not I'm so disappointed I can't even right now definitely not worth the money that i spent and I definitely won't be going here ever again

Day's Jewelers made the process so painless & easy that I'm suffering from a severe lack of whiplash. Thanks for making the most beautiful engagement ring we've ever seen... she absolutely loves it!
