Absolutely horrible !!!! Im an 18 who is suffering with an unknown shoulder issue which is affecting my life massively! They made my first appointment 8 months out and then called me to cancel 3 months out again and then after 3 months they called me again to cancel for another 4 months !!! Who is more important then an 18 suffering daily, who cant work, cant move my arm and back to back ER visits? So unbelievably disappointed!

I enjoy coming here every month, the staff is always pleasant n go above n beyond for you. I've got 2 Dr's here, Dr Wilson and Pam Robinson I've never met 2 caring Dr's like these 2 there just great. I've been coming for 5+ years n I'm so glad i found a place to help with my pain

So, my wife had an appointment (which was already a rescheduled appointment due to this office rescheduling her first), we arrive to her appointment and was told, "oh, we tried calling, but phone went to voice-mail " your "Doctor " isn't here! Why didn't a message get left, and/or try calling back?? (Her phone has/had no record of such call) (and was never out of service) This is becoming a common issue with ALL medical establishments here in our area, sad state of affairs. Healthcare is a joke apparently.
