        We had two separate appointments booked today. Received confirmation emails AND texts for the appointment. Drove an hour and building is closed for no power. Couldnt be bothered to email OR text to cancel. Poor customer service. Small hand written sign on the door. Building has absolutely NO SIGNS for what its supposed to be.

      Sorry our staff was not able to assist you . Auburn was without power for multiple days due to major flooding throughout Maine . All appointments and cancellations are handled through Indentogo and not our staff. We would be happy to assistant you as a walk in should you need assistance.
