They did a great job on the install. But no service now.. It was a total surpraise for my wife. They were able to scedule around the weather and our vacation. When we got home she was surprised. When done no tire marks, sand or stuff laying around. Exactly where I wanted it. Now I can not get them to come back for service or even call me. But great pool and price just no service. They delivered pool water for my family and Matt was absolutely wonderful! It is lake water so the kids were able to jump right in. I will definitely be using them in the future!

First off, I realize $300 dollar supply sales is not where a Pool Co makes it's profits. I was not going to do this but feel I need to. I went in Friday to have my pool water tested. It was a SNAFU from the start but we finally tested the correct water, printed off directions and I purchased what I believed were the chems to get my pool open. I guess I should have done it myself. short 5 lbs of alkalinity increaser (Sold me 10lbs directions said 14.8 lbs-stood in line for 45 minutes to get that Sunday. Moving on, I realize I am short 4 lbs of harness increaser (sold me a 25lb pail needed 28.8 lbs). Added to the initial SNAFU, not sure I will make the drive to Turner next season or again this season. When I'm standing there with the cash in hand and you chose not to sell me what I need and force me to buy it elsewhere, seems like something is not working the way it should. I know, I know it's The New Normal.
