    March 31st 2024 10pm. I walked in and it looked not crowded or anything. Although they were not busy, and staffs were lingering around freely, I stood at the front for 9 minutes before any of them addresses me. The first word coming out of the waitress staff mouth is "are you picking up an order for somebody?"; implying, I don't have the means to be a patron or I must be an food delivery driver. Then I made it clear to her that I am there to dine in. She decided to take me on a walking tour around the place and have me sit on a 4 to 6 people table in the back. I tried to get her attention asking her "please, I want to sit at the bar". She walked away from me as if she is deaf. I made it clear to her that I lost interest and changed my mind about being there. And I immediately walked out. Overall summary, if the waitress is not attentive to me as a patron, then I don't feel like they deserve my money. Attention is everything. Had a sat there, chances are my food order will probably come after a long time and lost appetite and most likely come to me not cooked/put together correctly. I hate to tip bad service. I pay attention to everything. If you're not welcoming from the getgo, the rest of your service is trash. I might not be the highest weed grade in the dispensary but as a blue collar business owner, I know a thing or two about business services. And the service right here makes the establishment look low. Glad I didn't even get to order anything. Again if your welcoming attitude is unwelcoming, someone with discernment knows when a spade is a spade. This type of service will chase patrons away without a return. I don't know who put them in uniform but Lord have mercy. It illustrates no formal training or not happy about working to begin with or the employee carrying problems from elsewhere and bringing it to work. Whatever it is, the place needs an overhaul.

    I rarely leave bad reviews but I was less than impressed the last visit I had. The hostess was less then friendly and they messed up our order. Completely forgot our appetizer and over cooked the steak. Just some advise to the owner. Put your friendliest employee out front. First impressions go a long way.
