After many months of searching for a house with no luck, I contacted Hearth & Key Realty and started working with Dawn Lopez. She hit the ground running looking for homes for me. She understood exactly what I was looking for and what my price range was. Her knowledge of the housing market and all that's involved in it was apparent from the beginning. Through the entire process, she was present and always available. She talked me through my disappointments of being out-bid on a few places. And, after a couple of months we were successful. I love my new home. Thank you, Dawn. Not only did I get a new home, but I made a new friend. I highly recommend Hearth & Key Realty and Dawn Lopez to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

I would like to share quick comment about my experiences during a recent land purchase transaction through one of your realtors, Ms Dawn Lopez. First, I would like to emphasize her level of professionalism and willingness, to go above and beyond, to accurately & promptly assist me in accomplishing my end state. That being the purchasing of a parcel of land. If ever there was even the tiniest of issues, she was right there with the answers to correct the problem and continue on without any delays. Secondly, without hesitation or delay, she provided additional information on properties even before I could ask for them. Critical information, that at every turn, was instrumental, in allowing me to make a well informed decision. Throughout the entire process, Ms Lopez was there to answer any questions I had & ease any concerns, relate to the sellers any information I requested & was available during times of the day, when most people are home with their feet up. Ms Lopez is truly a consummate professional. In my opinion, the epitome of how anyone working in the professional/private sector, should always strive to emulate, a true professional. I will be passing her contact info on to any of my associates, that in the future are looking to make a purchase here in Maine. You have a dynamic employee & realtor working for your company! Dawn Lopez was so helpful, professional, always responsive, down to earth and honest while we searched for our family vacation home. We had a budget, and distance requirements. Dawn was so patient and understood what we wanted and needed. I have worked with many realtors in my line of work and she is a true gem with an amazing work ethic.
