Did a job at my house in auburn replaced a sewage pipe for 5 grand 3 months later my basement was flooded with sewage which they said the fix will take care of and havent heard back from the company after trying to contact them over 10 times ! Cant believe how horrible this company is . Scam scam scam

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They have rebutted the reviews of not showing up or leaving jobs and never coming back, but they are liars. It happened to me and it ended up causing damage to my house due to a leak they left unfixed for days. Owner sent tech over to look at leaking pipe. Ran through what he would do and left for another job with the promise of coming back. I was told the tech had returned late one night but after two days of asking for an update and them ignoring I sent another plumber over to find that it wasnt fixed and the water had damaged the floor. This company is horrible and should not be used. They do not care about customer service and will screw you over on a whim. I highly suggest finding someone reliable as Murphy Plumbing is not.
