        Hopefully they're kinder to their members. I went on for shared banking the teller was very unhelpful kept asking for member number although i provided the account number. To make is worse she was chewing while I was at the window..... classy K***** smh I'm regards to the comment it was rudeness and eating on the line.

        Love the place and ppl,but their posted hours mean nothing,never correct...you better call before you make the trip!!! Can you please correct the online hours if you close early or take a day off???!!!

      Thanks for your comment and apologies for not responding timely to your comment. At some credit unions the member number and account number are the same, but at others they are not. We will make sure we share this with all our employees so we can give a better impression.

      We apologize that we missed responding to the review. We're not sure if this was related to an early close because of inclement weather or something else. We do post unscheduled closings on our website (they aren't edited on our business page).
