This is absolutely untrue. We appreciate all of our clients both young and old and we strive to give the best services to all and any ages. This review is from a disgruntled man who sent his son in unattended for a haircut. His son explained what he wanted for a haircut and once the service was complete the young man left very excited and happy about his new haircut. A couple of hours after the service was completed this man barged into the business demanding his money back, ripping his son’s hoodie off and saying that his cut was “trash.” I explained that the haircut given was exactly what his son requested and the fade was certainly up to par. I suggested we could shorten the top and blend it in if he preferred but he continued to scream obscenities in my face and demand his money back. I respectfully asked him to leave the premises as I was not going to tolerate being spoken to or treated like that. Thank you for your time in reading this response and understanding that there are always two sides to every story and you simply cannot please everyone, although we try.
