I had reached out to several contractors to sheetrock a ceiling for me, either they didnt reply, or there was lack of communication. I reached out to Rocky and he responded within 24 hrs. and kept in constant contact. Butch was here on time and was personable and professional. He got the job done in 3 days by himself and did a fantastic job! Everything was cleaned up when he was done. Thank you both! Great service! Came out the day after I called to assess a minor chimney leak and some siding that had been damaged by the wind, came back the next day to repair it for a reasonable price.

Rocky and his crew do top quality work! They are very knowledgeable and skilled. They just rebuilt a solid and beautiful deck for us. I highly recommend Building Maintenance Plus!!

Rocky and his partner John were top notch. I needed two front doors worked on (one replaced and one adjusted). They did everything they could to make sure my doors were just right. Great guys, too. Easy to contact and communicate with. And very responsive. I won't hesitate to call Rocky and have Building Maintenance Plus for my next project.
