Clean store, two gentleman really helped me with switching from Verizon. Quick and easy. I'm glad I called ahead to see if they had the 2 phones I wanted as they indicated they'd been way busier and they held the phones for me!

Very clean and certainly better than having to wait around at big box places. Uses At&t towers, so you're going to be covered unless you live under a rock. Great prices. It will cost more to start due to fees, but they always have great accessory bundles and you can upgrade your phone after just 90 days. Auto Pay discounts and referral bonuses are nice too!

When leaving a review, it's best to keep in mind that stores don't make up the rules about things people usually leave poor reviews for. That said, more often than not whatever issue you may have can probably be taken are of off-line and done so in a manner that won't egregiously dampen a hard working, locally run stores' online reputation.
