My boyfriend has been eyeing this place and was excited to try it as he is not from Maine and has been trying to find a decent place to cut his hair. He was excited to try this place after seeing it. He had gone in the other day, during their open hours mind you, to make an appointment. He stood there for 5 minutes while no one came out. So giving them the benefit of the doubt, he decided to make an appointment on the app. He went in for his haircut and they cut it fine. But then they decided to leave it without styling it. When he asked they just said no. Completely unprofessional and rude. If the customer is asking you for something and willing to pay, you would think they would want their customer leaving happy. Guess not! He will never be going here again. If I could give a 0 I would.
