What a wonderful, majestic location. We had our family reunion here. Some of our family used the RV park. But, the bulk of everyone that attended was able to fit in cabin #24 with space left over.. This is the small convention center. The building fits the website description perfectly. Finding the resort was not hard to do, but for some locating the cabin was a little difficult, especially at night. My only concern was an accessibility issue. The room that has a handicap asessibility bathroom did not offer an accessible shower. Therefore, my elderly mother had trouble with entering the bathtub to take a shower. The elderly and special needs population should have access to being able to bath in any hotel type space. Other than this, we truly enjoyed ourselves. Thanks for everything.

Beautiful serene location. Plenty of cabins. Our cabin has 8 rooms with bathrooms (2 suites), king and queen size beds, day beds, refrigerators , cabinets and sink, large kitchen , meeting room. It was a little hard to find but worth it.

Absolutely loved this place! From the fishing, to the cabins to the petting zoo to the golf carts to the unbelievably personable, friendly and accomdating staff. Anything and everything we needed or wanted, they had for our family of 5. They have cabins of all sizes that are all clean, neat and well taken care of. Plenty of things to do for all ages!

We visit Toledo Bend every spring with our extended family. This year we decided to try out a new location and we are loving our experience. We have kids here ranging in age from 4-9 and they are all having a blast. My son has spent all of his birthdays on this lake and this is by far the best one yet. They have fun animals to visit with, peddle boats, kayaks, mini playground areas for the kids throughout the property, and the best part is their covered dock. We have had great luck fishing out there. The cabins have a rustic feel, but they are clean and well maintained. We are so glad we took a chance on anew place this spring. I have a feeling this will become out new fishing spot every year.
