        The service was incredible. The patience and transparency that Taylor Weatherspoon shown made the switch of service from AT&T to T-Mobile very comfortable. I was nervous at first but she made me confident in my decision. Amazing worker and should be promoted. 6 stars if I could I would.

        As a new T-Mobile customer I have to say WOW! I went in to get help with my new account and to have a sim card replaced, I lost one. The young lady (Taylor) was awesome. She went out of her way to help & teach me about the use if my account. If I could I would give her 20 stars! I felt that I had made a new friend when I left.

        I came in yesterday very unsure about switching my carrier, but Taylor was extremely helpful, polite, knowledgeable, and just all around a delight. I will most definitely be back in the next few days to start my services.
