I rarely write reviews however my experience with this notary who conducts business out of their home was exceptional. The home is occupied only by husband and wife, no children or anything else to distract you such as sitting in a waiting room with other people or providing paperwork of personal information and reason for visit. The home is easy to find, warm atmosphere, very clean and you are greeted professionally and friendly by the notary. Upon request by you the form is reviewed and explained for the reasoning it needs to be notarized and suggestions such as mailing certified and other ideas you may not have thought of. It is totally confidential and the notarized form is not copied and filed with the notary. Very reasonable cost and highly recommend. I will have all required documentation notarized by this notary in the future. Michael

Five Star+ Notary Service for sure! Theresa Lanza is a very professional, fast and friendly Notary. Love this lady! I am new to the Youngsville area from Baton Rouge and not knowing anyone in this area except my daughter, I left there feeling like I had made a new friend!! Very good people!! Will definitely use her again and highly recommend her to anyone that needs a Notary.
