Dan is an incredible builder. He is very accessible, very knowledgeable and because he has experience actually DOING the work, can give great advice on his perspective to make a good idea even better. Hes on his jobs constantly and very meticulous. A fantastic builder that I cant recommend enough.

Dan went above and beyond when it came to building our first home! He always communicated and kept us informed every step of the way which was important because my husband and I were nervous and scared due to the housing market in 2021. We never imagined that our first home would be a custom new build but Dan made the entire process smooth for us! Dans attention to detail is very impressive and exactly what I wanted from a builder! He was highly recommended by a family that said he pours his heart into every house he builds and he certainly proved that to us. Our home turned out to be everything we wanted and more! A year into living in our home, he checked in with us and came back to our house to fix any minor things that needed it once the house settled! It was the best experience and will choose Dan as our builder for our next home once were ready for an upgrade! Service: Home building

Having a good team when building a custom home is key and we are so happy Hart Homes was part of ours! We heard how hardworking Dan was and knew he was the perfect builder to build our home. From beginning to end he was on top of things and kept us updated throughout the whole process. His attention to detail is one of his strengths and his willingness to personally be on the job site to ensure things were going as planned was impressive. His team was also very professional and hardworking. He worked hard to keep us on budget and at the end we came in under budget which was important to usnot to mention we got everything we wanted! He helped us to make key decisions, always with our vision in mind and worked well with our designer and realtor as well.
